If your piece needs restringing, clasp repair, or adjustment, contact us directly. Each request is assessed individually.
How to Submit a Request
Email repairs@yafkai.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. When applicable, an estimate will be provided before any service is performed.
Not Covered
- Damage from water, perfume, oils, or chemicals
- Loss of pieces due to impact or mishandling
- Normal wear of organic materials
