Welcome to YAF KAI Studio, a space dedicated to the creation of sculptural jewelry in limited quantities. By purchasing through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Artisanal Character

Every YAF KAI piece is individually made by hand using natural materials. Variations in color, texture, and shape are natural and reflect the authenticity of the stones and the artisanal process. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

2. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update prices or item details without prior notice. Availability is limited; if an item sells out after purchase, we will contact you with options for store credit.

3. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted platform. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout. YAF KAI Studio does not store or access your credit card information.

4. Shipping

All domestic U.S. orders ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information about rates, timelines, and international customs. Once shipped, YAF KAI Studio is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers.

5. Returns and Store Credit

If your piece is not what you expected, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including pouches and packaging. Pieces showing signs of wear — such as stretching, water exposure, perfume, lotion, scratches, or alterations — cannot be accepted. Store credit is issued once the piece is received and inspected. 6. One of a Kind & Limited Edition

Many YAF KAI designs are One of a Kind or Limited Edition and cannot be exactly replaced. For this reason, we do not offer direct exchanges. Store credit allows you to choose a new piece at your own pace.

7. Repairs

If your piece becomes damaged from regular use, we will assess whether it can be repaired. Repairs depend on material availability and may incur a fee. To request a repair, contact: repairs@yafkai.com with photos of the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of YAF KAI LLC. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our pieces are made with care and intended for normal wear. YAF KAI Studio is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages related to misuse or improper care of the jewelry. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

10. Updates

YAF KAI Studio may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any updates.
