Orders & Shipping
How long does processing take?
Please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Complimentary standard USPS shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 USD.
For orders under $200:
• USPS Flat Rate Envelope: $12.90
• USPS Small Flat Rate Box: $13.65
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express delivery via FedEx or UPS is available upon request for an additional fee — 1–2 business days. Signature confirmation required.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders take 7–21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express or USPS with full tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging materials. A $12 USD return fee is deducted from your store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Can I return my piece for store credit?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the full value of the item, minus the $12.90 return fee. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
What items are non-returnable?
Final Sale pieces, custom/special-order pieces, items showing signs of wear, stretched elastic bracelets, and gift cards cannot be returned.

What materials are used in YAF KAI pieces?
Every creation begins with stone, fossil, shell, metal, or mixed media — chosen for character, not perfection. Materials may include fossil coral, pearls, natural stones, silver, brass, gold, leather, cord, elastic, acrylic, and artistic crystal.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, creams, and oils. Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercise. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store in your YAF KAI pouch in a cool, dry place.
What does 'One of a Kind' mean?
One of a Kind pieces are unique, singular creations — no two are alike. Once sold, they cannot be reproduced.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, securely processed through Shopify.
Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Repairs
What if my piece gets damaged?
If a piece becomes damaged from regular use, we assess repairs based on material availability. Contact us at repairs@yafkai.com with photos of the damage.
