Shipping Policy
Every piece from YAF KAI Studio is prepared and packed with individual attention before it reaches you. We ship from our studio in the United States via USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Delivery Options
- Free standard USPS shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 USD — typically 3–7 business days in transit.
- For orders under $200: USPS Flat Rate Envelope ($12.90) or USPS Small Flat Rate Box ($13.65).
- Express delivery via FedEx or UPS is available upon request for an additional fee — 1–2 business days. Signature confirmation required.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Processing & Dispatch
Each order is dispatched when it is ready. Some pieces require additional preparation time due to the nature of our craft. If you need your piece by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Typical delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on customs. All international orders ship via DHL Express or USPS with full tracking.
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to control or predict these charges, but we are always here to assist with documentation if needed.
For EU orders, please note that under EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details
Delays
Estimated delivery times may occasionally be extended due to factors beyond our control — including weather, customs processing, peak periods, or carrier disruptions. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
Packaging
Every order arrives in YAF KAI signature packaging, including an authenticity card and a soft pouch — complimentary with every order.
Notes
- We cannot cancel an order once it has left our studio.
- Express shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
