We want you to feel confident in every YAF KAI piece. If your order is not what you expected, we are here to help.
Before You Begin
Review our Returns Policy to confirm your item is eligible. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with the original pouch and packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Email returns@yafkai.com with the subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with approval or further instructions.
- Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. A $12.90 USD return fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Pack your piece securely using the original jewelry pouch and shipping materials.
- Drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on your label.
- Store credit will be issued within 2 business days of receiving and approving your return.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery and receive a full refund to your original payment method. To exercise this right, follow the steps above.
