Returns Policy

Every return request is reviewed with care. We want you to feel confident in your YAF KAI piece.

  1. Return window: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn and unused, with the original pouch and all packaging included. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
  3. Self-handled returns: YAF KAI does not accept self-handled returns. All returns must be initiated and approved before shipping.
  4. How to start: Email returns@yafkai.com with the subject line Return Request — Order #[your order number]. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm and send instructions within 3 business days.
  5. Return fee: $12 USD, deducted from your store credit. Your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval.
  6. Packaging: Use the original jewelry pouch and shipping materials. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed before handing it to the carrier.
  7. Store credit: Issued for the full value of the item, minus the $12 return fee, within 2 business days of receiving and approving your return. Valid for one year from the date of issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  8. Damaged items: If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
  9. Purchased elsewhere: We cannot accept returns for YAF KAI pieces bought from retailers or third-party platforms. Contact the retailer or seller directly.
  10. Return processing may take longer during busy periods.
  11. Not returnable: Final Sale pieces, custom or special-order pieces, elastic bracelets returned stretched, and gift cards. EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at returns@yafkai.com within the 14-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. One of a Kind pieces are exempt from this right as they are unique, non-replicable items. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
