Returns Policy
- Return window: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and unused, with the original pouch and all packaging included. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
- Self-handled returns: YAF KAI does not accept self-handled returns. All returns must be initiated and approved before shipping.
- How to start: Email returns@yafkai.com with the subject line Return Request — Order #[your order number]. We will confirm and send instructions within 3 business days.
- Return fee: $12.90 USD, deducted from your store credit. Your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval.
- Packaging: Use the original jewelry pouch and shipping materials. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed before handing it to the carrier.
- Store credit: Issued for the full value of the item, minus the $12.90 return fee, within 2 business days of receiving and approving your return. Valid for one year from the date of issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged items: If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
- Purchased elsewhere: We cannot accept returns for YAF KAI pieces bought from retailers or third-party platforms. Contact the retailer or seller directly.
- Return processing may take longer during busy periods.
- Not returnable: Final Sale pieces, custom or special-order pieces, elastic bracelets returned stretched, and gift cards.
