Shipping Policy

Every piece from YAF KAI Studio is made and handled with care — each creation passes through our hands before it reaches yours.
We believe that slow craftsmanship deserves thoughtful shipping, and we do our best to make the process as seamless and reliable as possible.

Processing Time

Your jewelry is prepared and packed with individual attention.
Please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we promise it’s only because we make sure each piece leaves our studio beautifully and safely prepared.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary standard USPS free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 USD.

For orders under $200:
• USPS Flat Rate Envelope: $12.90
• USPS Small Flat Rate Box: $13.65

All shipments include tracking and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you need your piece by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order — we’re happy to help whenever possible.

Premium Shipping Options

Express delivery via FedEx or UPS is available upon request for an additional fee — 1–2 business days. Signature confirmation required.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express or USPS with full tracking.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and package weight.
Typical delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs.

Please note that import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not able to control or predict these charges, but we are always here to assist with documentation if needed.

Delays and Couriers

Once your order has left our studio, it’s in the care of the postal service or courier you selected.
While delays are rare, they can happen — especially during holidays or global shipping disruptions.
We understand how meaningful it is to receive something special on time, and we’ll always do our best to support you if your delivery takes longer than expected.

Packaging

Each YAF KAI order arrives in our signature packaging, designed to protect and celebrate your piece.
Every item includes a soft pouch — complimentary with every order, and made with respect for sustainability and beauty.
One of a Kind pieces also include an authenticity card.
